E – Commerce Manager

Requirements

§  Responsible for the achievement of the goals and objectives of the Marketing Plan.

§  Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to the Line manager and the Top Management.

Conduct a Business Plan: An e-commerce business plan outlines the company’s mission, vision, goals, target market, marketing strategies, financial projections, and competitive analysis. It will serves as a roadmap for the e-commerce venture.
§  Collaborate with the CRM Manager, Line manager other Concerned departments insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing, branding, and Customer Aquation strategies for new and existing Products and Business Lines, internally and externally.

§  To build customer loyalty, drive repeat business, and improve customer retention.

Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations.
Lead the development of the marketing plans working closely with Market, management, creative and content teams, and other partners, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on Company strategic objectives and achievements.
Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
§  Direct market/customer research, forecasting, to identify market opportunities and translate results into actionable insights for the business team.

§  Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Ensure that brand identity, messaging and marketing and communications strategy are infused in all organizational efforts.
Online Store Optimization: Continuously analyze website metrics and user behavior to identify areas for improvement in the customer journey, user experience, and checkout process.
Customer Experience: Ensure an excellent customer experience by optimizing the website’s user interface, navigation, and checkout process to drive conversion and reduce bounce rates.
Direct the development and execution of an integrated digital marketing strategy that drives customer engagement, while gathering and reporting meaningful data analytics for future decision-making.
Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns and activities, including advertising, public relations, events, promotions and sales tools. Implement performance metrics and tracking tools to measure results.
Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
Lead the activities of the Department, including managing department personnel, short-term and long-term scheduling, resource needs, and developing and managing the annual marketing budget.
Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant partners and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences within the planned budget.
Data Analysis: Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and revenue, to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Participate the pricing and payment terms Committee to make sure that the approved prices are matching with the Market, Competitors and the company strategic objectives.
Develop and implement a complete reporting system for the department to have day to day review for all the Marketing outcome and processes across the Different marketing channels and projects to ensure that all the needed corrective actions are taking place on time.
Review all the marketing channels’ performance and make all the needed corrective actions to ensure the full utilization of the marketing budget.
Attend and/or participate in conventions, conferences and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis.
Ensure the operational efficiency of the e-commerce business in compliance with all policies laid down by Mega Trust Management.
Review and report on all the competitor activities and monitor the company market share and report the needed corrective action and plans in order to achieve the target market shares in the determined E-Markets.
Study and Set penetration Strategy for the promising market covering both technical and financial elements.
Coordinate with Information Technology Department the Company website and social media Platforms Performance and send the needed recommendations.
Creating a strategy for website optimization to increase conversion rates and drive-up sales.
§  Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures with the concerned department raise red flag in case of any current or expected problems.

§  Payment and Security Management: Ensure the security and integrity of online transactions by implementing and maintaining secure payment gateways and fraud prevention measures

Review the Different Marketing Channels’ Performance reallocate the budget and take all the needed actions to ensure Budget Utilization and achieve the best Outcome.
§  Creating and managing an inventory of products available for purchase on the website.

§  Online Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve performance targets within the planned budget
Creating promotional offers in coordination with the financial department to get the needed approvals on them Monitor the Offers performance and make the needed corrective Actions if needed.
Security and Compliance: Document security measures, compliance procedures, and risk management protocols to protect against cyber threats and ensure legal compliance.
Marketing Materials: Keep records of marketing campaigns, advertising materials, and social media strategies to assess their effectiveness and make data-driven marketing decisions and build historical Data
Documentation and Reports Generate regular reports and maintain it on e-commerce performance, providing insights to the management team and stakeholders.
